The Invention of Hugo Cabret - Brian Selznick I re-read this for a book club and loved it more than I remember loving it the first time. In fact, I re-read it because I couldn't remember the plot, though the setting and mood stayed with me. And the plot is great - I just have a terrible memory. Adventure, mysterious pasts, resilience, trust, destiny - all set in Paris with very cool illustrations. I need to remember this for reader's advisory. I don't know who wouldn't enjoy it, really.
