Clearly written for introverts (like me, who was voted "most bashful" of my senior class, which was not a source of pride), "Quiet" is full of research and anecdotes about how extroversion and introversion are inborn qualities and how that plays out in 21st-century America. I found the section about sensitivity/reactivity to be interesting, especially as it applies to my kids. The workplace section about collaboration was enlightening too.
