I think I had realistic expectations for this book, and I definitely don't mind fluffy, real-life stuff. Nikki is just awful. And inconsistent. There are just a few glimpses of what might make her different from the popular girls she hates, but mostly she's as superficial and unkind as they are. I didn't even want the guy to like her. I'm trying to think of something nice to say. The drawing are sort of cute. There are a few funny moments.I know these are really popular. But it's going to be hard for me to suggest them now that I've actually read one.
